We are seeking a talented and driven AI/ML Engineer to join our innovation team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions that power intelligent features across our products. From data preprocessing to model optimization and deployment, you’ll work at every stage of the ML pipeline.
Build, train, and deploy machine learning models for classification, regression, clustering, or recommendation tasks
Collect and preprocess data from various sources, ensuring quality and usability
Experiment with different algorithms and techniques to improve model performance
Integrate ML models into production systems using scalable architectures
Monitor model accuracy and update models as needed with fresh data
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business objectives
Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and deep learning
Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer or similar role
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and data structures
Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
Experience with data processing tools like Pandas, NumPy, and SQL
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and ML deployment pipelines
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with large, complex datasets
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
